Halotherapy 101 | Class + Salt Room Experience

Looking for a unique experience that supports your health and well-being? Join IVCC at Unwind at Westclox for a brand-new class "Halotherapy 101: Class + Salt Room Experience."

IVCC instructor, Abby Zukowski will discuss the healing potential of halotherapy (dry salt therapy) in this introductory class that blends education with experience. Learn what dry salt therapy is, how it works, and the ways it may support respiratory health, skin conditions, relaxation and overall wellness.

Then step inside Unwind’s pink crystal Himalayan salt room - an immersive, holistic environment infused with medical-grade salt designed to cleanse, rejuvenate and soothe. Class will include in a peaceful and restorative experience with a 30-minute session in this unique atmosphere. Come explore, breathe deeply, and experience halotherapy for yourself.

Class meets Saturday, February 28 from 10-11 AM. Class fee is $49 and will be held at Unwind at Westclox, 304 5th Street, Peru, Illinois.
